Why do I get disconnected many times?

1. These are the possible reason why you get frequently disconnected. 

a. Your DirectX is outdated. Version 9.0c is recommended

b. The graphics driver is not compatible to your graphics card. You 
can download the latest graphics driver from the WYD 
homepage. 

c. Your game graphics is set to high or you are running a program 
that conflicts with the game and causes the game to 
disconnect. Before pressing start in the client window, go first 
to the configuration settings. Select a different resolution or 
choose the minimum setting for Visual Effect. You can also 
check the Sound Effect and Music if it’s running correctly. 
Incorrect settings may lead to a conflict in the program and will 
disconnect you from the game. 

d. You could check your Internet settings if your connection is 
running stable. Try checking your Internet transfer rate and see 
if the transfer loss is higher than 1.0%. This problem is a cause 
of game disruption and disconnection.

e. If it is your internet connection that is causing you to 
disconnect from the game, check what error message you 
receive.
